Welcome to the exciting world of Community Radio Broadcasting and Kinglake Ranges Radio Inc. We are pleased to present to you a team of radio presenters that each week put to air some great programs covering all aspects of life in our Shire.
The Kinglake Ranges Community Radio was established with the assistance of ABC radio in March 2009 following the bushfires of February 7. ABC personnel finished in July with KRR 94.5 FM being officially launched as an independent station in January 2010.
Kinglake Ranges Radio 94.5FM is a community radio station for the Kinglake Ranges area, covering from Hurstbridge in the south, Glenburn in the north, Whittlesea in the west and Healesville in the east.
Drawing from the diverse interests and needs of our community we strive to deliver a cross section of programming to suit a wide variety of tastes and interests.There are many opportunities for individuals and community groups to be a part of KRR 94.5FM with openings for new presenters with full training provided.
